About

Stephanie Everage is a natural health practitioner with a private practice in north county, San Diego.  Her work integrates biodynamic craniosacral therapy, deep tissue, and stress relief massage for healing on the path to experiencing wholeness.

On her 30th birthday, Stephanie handed over her resignation letter and left the corporate IT world and enrolled in the Holistic Health Practitioner program at the School of Healing Arts, Pacific Beach, CA.  Since then, she has been a student of healing arts and its many modalities.  She is fascinated with nutrition which she incorporates to help guide her clients.

She pursued continuing education in biodynamic craniosacral therapy in 2010 with the Star Institute and has completed the training three times.  The first 2 ½ year training as a student and the subsequent two classes as a teacher’s assistant.  She is a certified craniosacral therapist with The Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America.

She will be assisting a final BCST class beginning February 2023 with her teacher Gary Peterson before he takes his retirement.

She also has a master’s degree in international business and an undergraduate degree in business management from Florida International University.

Stephanie is the founder of Lotus Bodywork and is available for sessions in her office in Encinitas, La Jolla or for in-home private sessions throughout North County, San Diego including Carlsbad, and Oceanside.

• Ultramarathons – Stephanie has competed in 50k and 50 mile trail runs throughout California.
• Adventure Races – 1 day to 7-day expedition-length races with three other teammates competing in kayaking, mountain biking and trail running through the outdoors.
• Windsurfing – Stephanie began windsurfing when she was 15 years old and it has been her most passionate sport to date.
